On 3rd November 2017, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) published a questionnaire which seeks guidance and discussion on the proposed changes to Listing Rules.
The questionnaire asks whether Market Participants agree with some of the Listing Rules proposals and the way in which such proposals will be implemented. Some of the issues covered are:
- The proposed Rule amendments to remove the requirement for a sponsor’s certification?
- The proposal to amend Main Board Rule.63(1) to require the submission of one draft (instead of two drafts or proofs) of the listing document to the Exchange for review?
