The Hong Kong Major Shareholding Disclosure Rules Exemptions (Category 1) under section 309(2) SFO are published by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).

These are exemptions to Hong Kong major shareholding disclosure granted in respect of corporations issuing securities listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
