On 21st November 2017, the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) introduced a draft regulation which puts in place Negotiable Obligations. The introduction of this Regulation will depend on the outcome of Consultation RG 711.
The Regulation will regulate debt securities in the framework of Financial Trusts and income shares of Common Investment Funds denominated in UVAs (Inflation-Adjusted Unit) and / or UVIs (Housing Unit), as a new financing and investment alternative.
