On the 5th of September the Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC) published a Documents which is comprised of all Amendments which were made to its Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement Rules.
The document is defined as appoint of reference for readers which makes the study of the new Amendments more accessible. However, the Commission has reiterated that the document is not an official point of law and cannot be fully relied upon in this context.
