CAYMAN ISLANDS: CSX release new listing rules

The Cayman Islands Stock Exchange have released their new listing rules. The updated rules have expanded upon the existing eligibility provisions and introduced new requirements for corporate advisors to act for equity issuers open to retail investment. The new 2013 rules have also introduced eligibility requirements for electronic clearing and settlement in order to facilitate CSX transitioning to a new electronic trading platform.
