The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has released the “SSE Measures for Assessment of Listed Companies’ Information Disclosure (Amended in 2017)”.
The measures will further improve the ability to assess the information that is to be disclosed by listed companies and will urge companies to improve their information disclosure quality.
