COLOMBIA: New Decree on Cross-listing of Foreign Instruments of Integrated Markets

Colombia Stock Exchange has announced that the Ministry of Finance has issued a new Decree 2241 of 2015 which modifies Decree 2555 of 2010 which relates to Cross Listing of Foreign Instruments of Integrated Markets.

The new rules have been necessitated by the increased interest in foreign securities through agreements or market integrations, promoting the development of trading of foreign securities that offer greater opportunities for investors in Colombia.
