On 9th March 2018, the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) published amendments to its Regulatory Decision on the Stock Exchange Markets RAA379/2014.
The changes will affect newly-established companies who apply for listing on the Emerging Companies Market. If these companies prospectus presents forecasts of its results, they will have to ensure that these forecasts are audited/ approved by an authorised Investment Firm (IF). The CSE has requested that market participants submit any views they have on these amendments by the 16th March 2018.
With this amendment being introduced, paragraph 5.2.4.5 of the Regulatory Decision on the Stock Exchange Markets RAA379/2014 will be deleted. This provision set in place an obligation on a Regulated Market issuer to issue a relevant announcement, warning about the expected deviation of its financial results
