FRANCE: AMF Publish Standard Form for Major Holdings Notifications

The Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF) has published the Standard From for major holdings notifications. The document is the annex I to the AMF Instruction DOC-2008-02 on major holding notifications relating to the crossing of thresholds.

The declaration must be sent to the AMF electronically at the following address: declarationseuil@amf-france.org.
