Itβs a little-known fact that in Chinese the phrasing used for the word crisis or danger also means the same as the word opportunity.
Its been announced that JustEat the Takeaway giant will acquire its competitor Grubhub for $7.3 Billion. At a cursory glance M&A activity such as this is would seem strange given the current circumstances.
Take a step back and we can realise the crisis that big business and ourselves have found ourselves in has presented a great opportunity for many niche market players, in this case a business built around food delivery without human interaction.
