As a response to the liquidity crisis created by Woodford the CBI will review current rules that govern the liquidity risk of funds. This follows similar investigation by the FCA. Is this simply a case of closing the gate after the horse has bolted or more akin to adjusting the sails to avoid further crisesβ down the line?
