Dechert LLP: The Transition to PRIIPs KIDs: A Practical Guide for UCITS Managers

This webinar, which is offered to legal and compliance professionals, will provide an overview of the transition to PRIIPs KIDs for UCITS managers, as well as some practical tips for compliance.
Effective 1 January 2023, UCITS managers will be required to produce a PRIIPs KID. To assist managers with this transition process, Jeff Mackey, Deirdre Hennelly and Doireann O’Daly will provide a practical overview of the key features of the PRIIPs KID and advise on what steps you will need to follow to be prepared on time. They will also be joined by Ulf Herbig (Head of Product at Kneip) who will provide unique insight on challenges faced by managers in their transition planning.
