FCA Investment Firms Prudential Regime webinars

The Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR) is our new prudential regime for FCA investment firms. The regime will come into force on 1 January 2022, and it is critical that firms prepare.
We will host two webinars on 30 November 2021 focusing on areas where we have received most queries to date:
- Technical session (10:00 – 11:00) – the morning will cover more technical aspects of the IFPR, such as groups and own funds requirements.
- Practical implementation session (14:00 – 15:00) – the afternoon will focus on some more practical aspects of the regime such as the ICARA process, reporting, and the applications and notifications process.
