On 3 February we will be holding a webinar exploring the architecture of the UK regulatory regime following the end of the transition period, the regulatory rules that apply to firms, and where to find this material.
In theory, it should be simple as the UK has imported most of the relevant EU regulations and directives into domestic law and the FCA and the PRA are applying the temporary transitional power (TTP) on a broad basis until 31 March 2022. However, finding the relevant material and understanding how it all fits together is complicated for both domestic firms and those in the UK temporary permission regime.
In this briefing we will run through the key things compliance and legal staff need to know in order to navigate the new regime and what they should watch out for in relation to the application of the new requirements.
