AIFMD Annex IV Reporting requires significant amounts of data.

We break down these requirements into the following:

• AIFM, AIF and Shareclass Static Data
• Portfolio Holdings Data – this is the standard Portfolio Holdings data required for investment compliance.
• Trades / Turnover Data
• Other data – subscriptions and redemptions, gross and net returns, risk data etc.

Some of this data is mandatory, some conditional and some mandatory.

The range of data also depends on reporting obligations and whether the AIF is required to complete parts 24(1), 24(2) and 24(4) of the report.
