The Swedish regulators imposed a penalty on Stenvalls Trä for late transparency notifications.

On March 19,2025, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority imposed a penalty of fee of SEK 1,400,000 for failing to report transactions with shares in Genesis IT AB within the prescribed time.

Stenvalls conducted transactions between February 28, 2023, and October 16, 2023, with a total value of SEK 55,079,847. The transactions should have been reported within three trading days.

Most transactions were reported on October 17, 2023, while the latest one (from October 16) was reported on October 23, 2023—resulting in delays ranging from two trading days to over seven months.
