The Swedish regulators imposed a special fee on Market Wizards BV for violating Short Selling Regulations.

On March 24, 2025, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority imposed a special fee of SEK 4,000,000 on Market Wizards BV for conducting short sales of shares without meeting the required conditions.

On August 31, 2022, Market Wizards sold2,991,761 shares and bought 380,007 shares in IRRAS and thus net sold 2,611,754 shares in IRRAS

On June 29, 2023, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority raised the issue of whether the company, through its sales, had short-sold shares even though the conditions for short selling were not met.
